JET PULSE FILTRE
Jet Pulse Filtreler, endüstriyel ortamlarda toz, duman ve kokuları ortadan kaldırmak için kullanılan otomatik sistemlerdir. Gaz akışından fazla toz, mekanik filtrasyon yöntemiyle ayrılır ve çevre kirliliği önlenir. Filtrasyon, torbaların dış yüzeyinden içeri doğru yapılır, biriken toz filtrasyona yardımcı olur. Temiz hava fan aracılığıyla dışarı verilir, toz ve kirler ise torbalarda tutulur ve belirli aralıklarla yüksek basınçlı hava ile temizlenir.
Bu filtreler, özellikle demir-çelik, çimento ve yem gibi sektörlerde, sürekli toz ve duman emisyonunun olduğu ortamlarda kullanılır.
Filtrelerin ana parametreleri şunlardır;
- Ayırma verimliliği (mgr/m3)
- Devamlı çalışmada basınç düşümü (mbar)
- Toz ayırma kapasitesi (gr/m3)
