SEPERATÖR
Separetör, iri tanecikli malzemeleri ufak tanecikli malzemelerden ayırmak amacıyla kullanılan bir cihazdır. Motor tarafından kontrol edilen tahrik sistemiyle çalışır ve boyutu büyük olan malzemelerin fan ve filtre yardımıyla daha küçük mikronlara ayrıştırılmasını sağlar. Genellikle tek motorlu olan bu sistem, beslenen alçıyı yüksek verimle ince malzemelere ayırabilir.
Separetörler, fan, siklon ve filtre gibi bileşenlerden oluşan bir sistem olarak tasarlanır. Nihai ürün kapasitesi; beslenen malzemenin miktarına, içerdiği ürün dağılımına, nem oranına, topaklanma durumuna ve seperatörün klape açıklığına bağlı olarak değişkenlik gösterebilir. Bu özellikler, sistemin verimliliğini etkileyen önemli faktörlerdir.
