Fabrikaların üretim hatlarında konveyör üzerinden gelen koli, kutu, torba gibi paketlenmiş ürünlerin ağırlık değerlerinin tartılarak, sonucuna göre eksik – fazla – geçerli ürünlerin ayrımını veya sınıflandırmasını yapan konveyörlü kontrol sistemidir.
Ürünlerin paket büyüklükleri, ağırlıkları, istenilen ölçüm toleransları, taşıyıcı konveyör hızı gibi faktörler sistemin yapısı ve maliyeti ile direkt olarak ilgilidir. İhtiyaca göre ürün ve üretim şartlarına uygun özelliklerde tartı kontrol sistemi imal edilmektedir.
