Tartım kontrol birimi, klozet kapak imalatçıları için özel olarak programlanmış, her biri iki set noktası verilebilen 4 adet prese hizmet veren bir reçeteli kontrol cihazıdır. Bu cihaz, üretim süreçlerini optimize etmek için yüksek hassasiyetli bir tartım kontrolü sağlar.
Cihazda, 12 sayısal giriş, 7 sayısal çıkış ve 2 analog çıkış bulunur. Ayrıca ekran haberleşme devresi sayesinde kullanıcı dostu bir arayüz sunar. Yük hücresi doğrudan cihazın terminallerine bağlanır ve cihaz, yük hücresinin besleme kaynağını da sağlar. Böylece doğru ölçümler yapılır ve üretim süreci kesintisiz devam eder.
Bu özel tasarım cihaz, klozet kapağı üreticilerinin ihtiyaçlarına göre özelleştirilmiş olup, her bir presin işlevini optimize eder ve üretim kalitesini artırır. Cihaz, kullanıcıya sürekli doğru tartımlar yaparak üretim verimliliğini maksimum seviyeye çıkarır.
